Today I’m sharing a card that uses only free stamps. Both stamp sets I used, Good Neighbors and Whimsical Words, are sets that you can earn FREE during Sale-a-Bration. But, you’d better hurry because Sale-a-Bration ends at the end of this month.
I used the sketch from the Sketch Challenge going on right now. I hope you’ll join me in this challenge as it’s Brenda’s Birthday Sketch Challenge and the winner gets a free stamp set! Since we don’t have any participants yet, it looks like I’m going to win it! Just kidding, I’m not eligible to win.LOL.
This card is also going to be used in one of the upcoming card swaps here at CS. This one is perfect for the Thinking of You card swap. Imagine sending this to your dear friend who lives far away – I bet she’d love it! The signup for this swap ends on the 22nd, so you still have time to sign up if you’d like to participate. Our swaps are super easy – most of them being single card swaps where you don’t have to make a bunch of copies of the same card. I simply make more so that I can have some for myself too!
I created a project sheet for this card which you can checkout in the Projects Sheets section of the Resources. It’s called Good Neighbors Card. We’re starting to get that section built up quite nicely. I hope you’ll take a peek at some of the others in there while you’re at it as we’ve added several new ones recently. Each contains detailed instructions on how the project was made and cutting measurements, so you can create it project on your own.
