Hello from New Mexico
Hello Everyone,
My name is Barb Brandt and I live in New Mexico. I just returned from a 7 week stay with my sister in Connecticut. I am medically disabled. I am a former elementary school teacher and librarian. I still miss it all everyday. I have found swapping a way to use my creativity, to meet some wonderful new people, and to learn new art techniques. I am homebound quite often due to my disabilities. I also participate in Swap-bot, a larger swapping community with varied kinds of art experiences introduced by hosts and the hosts invite others to join and participate in the swaps. I am 50 years old and have 5 nephews and 3 nieces. I come from a family of 3 girls and 2 boys and I am the oldest. I have a great Mom who is my primary caregiver. I am grateful that I found the Card Swap group at 3scrapateers and am excited about the new site that Brenda and Lianne are pursuing through CardScraps.
