I needed another quick 10 minute card for an acquaintance that is not feeling well, so this is what I whipped up using the brand new Sending Love designer paper. I love the pink and brown color combination on this card!
Here is how I did it:

First, I made my flower strips by cutting 4 (four) 1/2″ x 8″ strips from the 2-sided Sending Love designer paper. I applied snail to the inside center of one end of the paper strip and gently folded the ends together and then applied snail again in the center inside of the strips, forming 2 (two) loops. Repeat for the remaining 3 (three) strips. Layer the loops as shown in the project photo by taking 2 (two) of the strips and forming a cross. Repeat for the remaining 2 (two) paper strips, keeping the loops evenly spaced (the best you can). Apply snail on the center of each strip and press together carefully as to not flatten your loops. I then used the paper piercing tool from SU’s mat pack and slowly pierced through the center of the flower and then placed the brad in the middle. You could also use a button or even another embellishment for the center. Set aside.
Then I stamped the sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock and punched it out with the Word Window punch and adhered to the Chocolate Chip Modern Label punch. Set aside.
Next, I cut my Pretty in Pink card base and ran it through the Big Shot with the Petals a Plenty embossing folder.
Lastly, I assembled the card by placing several glue dots to the back of the flower and positioned on the card base and finalized the project by adhering the layered sentiment.
