Yes, you read that right.  I’m dedicating this entire week to the Bells & Boughs stamp set that is in the
2010-2011 Holiday Mini Catalog.  I’ve been having such a wonderful time with this set that I have 5 different projects to show you already.  I can’t imagine how many more I’ll be making before Christmas gets here.
This first one is a simple one that the ladies at the Albemarle Nursing Home in Tarboro, NC will be making in November.  It’s relatively simple with simple layering.  I used the Blender Pen and Classic Ink Pads to color in the holly leaves, but they will be using their Stampin’ Write markers as they find coloring with the Blender Pen a bit challenging.
The large poinsettia stamp was used on the card background with VersaMark to give it a nice tone on tone look without overpowering the main focal image.  A bit of sponging with Soft Suede ink really warms this card and gives it a nice vintage flair.
