Happy Friday everyone!  I hope everyone is gearing up for the weekend – I know I am.
Although this isn’t really a masculine card as I’m sure any woman would appreciate it as well, it’s not full of pink and red frills as a lot of Valentine’s day cards tend to be.  I think this color combination is very sexy and makes me think of stilettos or ruby slippers – must be the glitter!
I love the black polka-dot paper in the background and think it gives a striking backdrop for the
Red Glimmer Paper hearts.
The
Heart Pressed Letterpress Plate was used on the card front just to add some subtle dimension to the sides as they looked a bit plain when I first started assembling this card.
Once again, I reached for the
Be My Valentine stamp for that banner – I just LOVE it!  Not sure what I am going to do after Valentine’s Day is over.  I’m gonna have to find me some other sentiments that I can slip in there!
Here you can see the inside of my card.  Rather than just using plain card stock, I went ahead and used lined designer paper and just added some small punched hearts over each of the little designs.
I’ve created a free project sheet that you can download if you want to make one of these on your own.  You can download it from the
Resources –
Project Sheets section.  It’s called the Triple Heart Valentine Card.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!  Happy Stamping
