Wow – two color challenges with blog candy in one month!  How awesome is that?  The color challenge today is inspired by a birthday cake that I’m going to attempt to make for my hubby who turned 40 yesterday.  We are having a get together for him this weekend, so I went looking for birthday cake pictures for inspiration for the color challenge.  However, when I saw this one over at
Made in Melissa’s Kitchen, I knew that this was the cake that I’m going to make for him.  Hope it turns out ok – and better yet, I hope he likes it!  I’m thinking mine may need to be a bit bigger though cause we’re going to have several people there including numerous kids who you know are all going to want a piece.  I won’t lie -I want a big piece too (yeah – like I need it…LOL!)
How to Enter:
Create a project using the color swatch above and upload it to your blog or our
color challenge gallery.  Then, leave a link to your post using the InLinkz form at the bottom of this post so everyone can check out your creation.  Click on the Add your link button.  Fill in the link to your entry and your name.  Leave us a valid email so we can contact you if you win.  Click the Next Step button. Choose your entry from the selection of images found.  If posting on your blog, please provide the link directly to the post that contains your entry.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are reading this from within the CARDScraps forum, an email, news reader, etc., you will need to go to our blog to find the InLinkz button to post your link to be eligible to win.
Deadline:
Although you can continue to use the color swatch above, we have to close entries at some point so we can choose a winner.  So, for the challenge, we’re continue to take entries until midnight (ET) next Wednesday night, March 2nd.  That way we can choose a winner and get this stamp set shipped out!
