Holiday Bag Topper Swap- Sign Up nlt 10/30/09
Swap Description:
This swap is for a holiday bag topper. Don’t be scared to embellish, stamp or whatever. Make it look great!
Sizing should be between 3-1/2” to 5-1/2” and should be suitable for the top of a cellophane or paper bag.

Deadlines:
The bag toppers are to be in my hands on November 9, 2009. I will have them all mailed back out on or before November 16. If you are going to be late or can’t complete your bag toppers, please let me know ASAP.
Number of Bag Toppers participants are required to make: 4 (four) same design
Mail destination: North Carolina
1. You will be notified of the hostess’ mailing address, via email. If you wish to obtain the mailing address early, please contact brenda @ cardscraps dot com.
2. You will receive 4 (four) bag toppers back from the swap.
3. Scan or photograph your bag topper, because you are going to need this later to post in the gallery.
5. When you mail your bag toppers to the Hostess, this is what you need to include in your envelope:
* The bag toppers you are swapping in an appropriately sized envelope. Do NOT fold your bag toppers.
* A self-addressed stamped envelope if you live in the US. If you live outside of the US, you will need to send a self-addressed envelope and $2 US to cover the return postage. Also, if you live outside of the US, make sure that you get your items mailed out early, so they will get to the hostess on time. Use an oversized envelope. Suggested size to use is approx. 6 inches by 9.5 inches, which the USPS recognizes as letter sized mail, thus less postage cost.
* A list of supplies you used on your bag toppers. Be sure to denote your name and CS member name.
6. Once your bag toppers are in the mail, then you will post in the applicable forum thread ( Card Swaps - Card Scraps Forums ) that it is on the way and the date mailed. Do not post the image until after the hostess notifies you to do so.
7. Once the hostess receives all the bag toppers, she will swap them out and send them out to the participants in the envelopes provided. You will also be notified in the applicable forum thread that you may post your bag topper image in the gallery (http://www.cardscraps.com/gallery/showgallery.php/cat/510 ).
8. When participants receive their bag toppers, they should post in this forum thread that they have been received.
